Floral Cakelet Pan

A plain round cake is fine, but six little cakes shaped like flowers make an afternoon tea or a baby shower feel like an occasion. This cast aluminum pan from Nordic Ware turns a single batter into individually portioned, ready-to-plate cakelets. The details The pan holds six cavities split across three distinct floral designs, for 3 cups of batter total — enough for a dozen or so guests to each get their own miniature cake. It's cast from heavy aluminum for steady, even heat, and finished with a premium nonstick interior that's PFAS-free, so the intricate petal detail releases cleanly instead of catching in the mold. The glossy toffee-colored exterior is part of the design, meant to look good going straight from oven to table rather than disappearing into a cabinet. Like the rest of the Nordic Ware line, it's made in America and backed by a lifetime warranty.
