Flor de Azar Triple Sec

Botanical triple sec produced by Azar Spirits in Mexico City, Mexico Distilled at women-owned-and-operated Flor de Luna Distillery by Maestra Destiladora Hillhamn Salome Produced using 10 botanicals including both sweet and bitter orange varieties, pomelo, tangerine, lime, orange blossom, lavender, cardamom, tuberose, and black pepper Base spirit double copper pot distilled from barley, corn, and rye Botanicals are macerated in the spirit for 4 days before a third and final distillation Sweetened with agave nectar Clear-eyed and bright, offering aromas far beyond the preponderance of citrus in the mix; cardamom leaps forward distinctly while the combination of black pepper and nectar implies agave distinctly. Plump texture in the beginning gives way to a clean finish with a hint of spice and a delicately bitter backbone. No additives or coloring 40% ABV Created, owned, and operated entirely by women and produced at the Flor de Luna micro-distillery in Mexico City, Flor de Azar features unique botanicals sourced locally and is an elegant and deeply compelling triple sec ideal for Margaritas and beyond.
