Key Features: Easy 1:1 mix ratio by volume. 40 minutes of work time. 4-8 hour grind time. Fills cracks, seams, or expansion joints for a smooth, level finish. Ideal for concrete and plywood subfloors, ensuring a strong bond under epoxy coatings for long-lasting durability. Application: Use a diamond blade grinder to open cracks larger than the thickness of a playing card. Mix equal parts of Part A and Part B until a uniform color is achieved. Apply the mixed epoxy gel with a stiff putty knife to fill cracks and seams, ensuring it's level or slightly overfilled. Clean excess material while it's still wet, wiping with 91% isopropyl alcohol if needed. Allow 4-8 hours for the epoxy gel to dry before grinding smooth and proceeding with subsequent floor coatings. PRO TIP! For optimal results, ensure the ambient temperature is between 65-80°F and humidity is below 75%.
