Flip Flops Spring Extract Beer Variety Pack

Beer is in Bloom! Outside everything is blooming and inside your fermentation station is booming - with three beers perfect for the warmer weather. We've combined two Spring favorites with a new exclusive Saison into one pack just for you to enjoy as things heat up. Our Spring 3-pack will get you in the mood to fire up the burner, slide on those flip flops, and head outside for some backyard brewing. Beekeeper's Saison - Exclusive to the Flip Flops Variety Pack The second those May flowers pop up, so do the pollinators. Our new Beekeeper's Saison lets the agrarian roots of honey beer shine through with a pound of light amber honey. This Saison embodies the history of farmhouse brewing with traditional pilsner malt, noble hops, and classic French Saison yeast. Saisons have a tolerance for higher fermentation temperatures, and can even get better the warmer they ferment! The notes of black pepper, exotic spice, a long dry finish, and boastful fruity yeast aromatics make this a real Spring and Summer treat - for you, not the bees. Instructions Maypole Maibock What welcomes Spring more than a jaunt around the maypole? A Maibock. Traditionally consumed in May to celebrate the return of Summer and Spring, this delicious beer is packed with fresh, clean pilsner malt flavor and layered with a smattering of Munich malt, this lager is then bittered just enough to balance the malt sweetness and fermented with a clean, crisp and relatively attenuative classic German lager strain. The result is a deep golden beer with a dense and lasting white foam head, and a complex flavor profile with moderately high alcohol content. Instructions Kiwi Express IPA Who knows about warm weather better than the Southern hemisphere? This exotic IPA uses exclusively New Zealand hops for an in-your-face hop burst in a West Coast-style beer. The big, but uncomplicated malt cleanly fermented with a clean American Ale yeast sets the stage and then stays out of the way of the ensuing lupulin circus. Flavors and aromas of sticky tropical fruit, lime oil, equatorial flowers, Tellicherry peppercorns - underpinned with an undeniable earthy funk - all come together in this celebration of the southern hemisphere harvest.
