A laptop sleeve is intended to protect your laptop when you are carrying your laptop and traveling with it. Sometimes a laptop sleeve is called a bag or a pouch and will often be made from leather, neoprene, or fabric. A good laptop sleeve will be padded on the inside and be a bit bigger than your laptop. A well designed and properly fitting laptop sleeve will protect your laptop from everyday scratches, bumps, dings, and dirt. Should I keep my laptop in a sleeve? If you are going to be traveling with your laptop and taking it with you to different places where you plan to use it, then you should invest in a quality laptop sleeve. A good laptop sleeve will help protect your laptop from dirt, dust, dings, scratches, and other accidental damage. A laptop sleeve can be carried by itself or be put into a larger bag or backpack. What is the difference between a laptop sleeve and case? A laptop sleeve is typically only going to hold your laptop with maybe one additional pouch for cords and accessories. More often than not a laptop sleeve is going to be made of a softer and flexible material. A laptop case will often have many different pockets for other devices and accessories and could be made from soft or hard material. What is the best cover for a laptop? This depends on how you plan to travel with your laptop. The FlexVerk Laptop Sleeve is best when you want to travel light but still have padded protection for your laptop. It comes with a few additional pockets to store cords and accessories as well as a slot to carry the FlexVerk Laptop Stand. If you need more storage and additional protection you should look into a full laptop case or laptop backpack. Do laptops need covers? It is a good idea to always travel with your laptop protected with some kind of cover or laptop sleeve. Even with your laptop closed it can still be exposed to dirt and dust. Additionally, a laptop sleeve or laptop cover will protect your laptop from scratches and dents and should reduce any damage to your laptop if you accidentally drop it.
