Flexibility For BJJ (Digital Only)

"Top Flexibility Expert Reveals How To Be More Flexible For BJJ And Avoid Injuries... Even If You Are Older, Or Have No Time! Hi my name is Matt Arroyo.  I'm the one on the right in the pic.  I am a TUF 6 Veteran and ADCC 2015 Veteran. I have been training since 2003 and got my black belt from Rob Kahn (Royce Gracie’s first ever black belt) in 2009.  I have trained with almost every grappling champion you can think of from Marcelo Garcia, Andre Galvao, Robert Drysdale, Matt Serra, Cyborg, Rodolfo Viera, Keenan Cornelius, Royce Gracie, and so many others! If there is one thing I learned by training with all of these animals, it's that almost all of them have amazing flexibility...and they work on it religiously! Flexibility and range of motion is something that I have been completely slacking on in my BJJ career for the last 15 years! I would try to come early to stretch before class...not really knowing what I was doing...and then would quit after a week! I Felt Like I Didn't Have The Time Or Knowledge To Effectively Stretch And Get More Flexible So then I tried stretching after class instead...but I was so exhausted and so sweaty that all I wanted to do was go right to the shower! The problem for me was that I didn't know what I was doing.  I was literally doing the stretches that I learned in gym class back in grade school.   And because I didn't know what I was doing...I was not getting results...because I was not getting results...It made it very easy to quit! Then...By A Stroke Of Luck, I Met The Master Of Flexibility! Just around the time I was recovering from a severely herniated disc (I actually couldn't stand for more than 2 minutes), I got a call from a friend telling me about this guy who worked with all the professional sports teams and athletes on their flexibility.  Guys like Wade Boggs back in the day, olympic athletes, the NFL, NBA, and Pro Golfers! They said he had 40 years of experience as a stretch coach and he wanted to introduce us.  I JUMPED on the opportunity and he came to my gym. We hit if off and he starting showing me his secrets to flexibility. He told me my back and sciatic nerve pain would go away after a couple of months stretching with him...I wasn't sure what to think but I was all in! Working With Charlie Completely Changed My Life After just 4 months of working with Charlie 3 times a week I was rolling hard again! Like he said...my sciatic nerve pain in my leg vanished! All my aches just went away... And best of all, I was able to compete again! I have had 22 matches in tournament action since I met Charlie and am 22-0!  Now I'm not saying I won those matches because of the stretching...BUT!! I am saying that the stretching allowed me to stay healthy enough to train hard and it also allowed me to do things with my body that I was never able to do before... Things like stopping the guard pass by throwing my legs over their body when they are almost on side control... Things like getting my hooks in even when they are staying balled up and blocking them... Things like holding a lower side control and mount keeping my mount wide because my hips are now opened up! I told him that we need to share this with the rest of the BJJ world and help them experience the same thing me and my students are!  Introducing to you "Flexibility For BJJ" Digital Course...
