Hat Details: Flexfit 180 Delta cap with a structured, mid-profile six-panel design. Solid colors use 92% polyester and 8% PU spandex; Carbon Melange colors use 100% polyester. Lightweight construction with a seamless bonding finish; Carbon Melange options have a carbon fiber-like grid texture. Stain-Block technology and a three-layer sweatband help manage moisture. Permacurv precurved bill with one row of stitching. Black underbill, except White has a white underbill. Closed-back Flexfit stretch fit. Available in S/M and L/XL. Graphic design is not included. All logos need to be high resolution and be reduced to black & white if possible. If you send a low-resolution or multi-colored logo, it can delay your order and result in a lower-quality patch. Preferred formats are ai, eps, pdf, jpeg, and bmp. PLEASE READ: All of our patches are heat-pressed onto each hat using a high-strength adhesive. They are not stitched or sewn on.
