Grove Room Office Pod

The FLEX Room Pod is a flexible, enclosed workspace for teams of up to 5—without the cost of construction or time lost to buildout. Made to flex with the way your team works, the built-in table and optional seating maximize space for meetings, focused work, or private offices. The 6-layer acoustic construction offers a truly private environment, so small-group meetings don’t interrupt the open office or take up space in larger conference rooms. Designed to provide first-class comfort in a compact space, the FLEX offers an integrated control hub to control lighting, fan speed, and airflow of the high-performance ventilation system with HEPA filtration. An exterior occupancy light signals when the pod is available, helping teams work efficiently during back-to-back use. With premium materials including a steel exterior, a tempered glass door, and an optional TV mount, it’s built for daily use in the open office. Always in stock and ready to ship, the FLEX Room Pod ships in 3–5 days.
