French Sea Salt — Fleur de Sel

Delicate Fleur de Sel—perfect for finishing. Fleur de Sel is a delicate salt that forms in a thin layer on the surface of seawater as it evaporates, and is hand-harvested on the coast of France. With its fluffy, moist texture and subtle flavor, it’s ideal for finishing baked goods or adding a refined touch to any dish. It dissolves quickly, making it perfect for soups and sauces as well.
