Fleur de Sel

Signature Fleur de Sel is the base of all of our products and quite simply the pulse to hearts. The fresh beautiful flakes have a delicate and somewhat earthy flavor that is every so slightly sweet. This is a daily use type of goodness that is hand-harvested and mineral rich making it the perfect salt to always keep in reach. You have NEVER tried salt like this before {PERIOD}. Once you start using and loving this gorgeous, fresh, sea salt you won't ever want to go back to your other salt.  But why is it so good? The salt is almost snow-like in texture. This is indicative of fleur de sel (french sea salt) because it still has the tiniest bit of moisture left in it since it truly is hand-raked off the surface of the salt marsh by our Sauniers in Ilé de Ré. The traditions run deep and the salt is truly the most sought after in the world.  *Dried by the wind. Bleached from the sun. No anti-caking agents. This fleur de sel remains extremely rich with minerals.
