Fleur de Sel 73% Dark Chocolate

Award-winning 73% northerner blend, sprinkled with hand-harvested sea salt Their best-selling Fleur de Sel chocolate bar is an elevated version of a classic pairing with 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate and hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt from their friends at Bitterman Salt Co. They take cacao from both Akesson Plantation of Madagascar and Fazenda Camboa of Brazil, and combine it with organic cane sugar from the Green Cane Project of Brazil to craft into their 73% Northerner Blend. This balanced chocolate blend is complemented by delicate Guatemalan sea salt sprinkled onto the back of each bar.
