Flat Top Flagship 12-Piece Ultimate Kit Free US Shipping Flat Top Ultimate Kit: Spatulas, Cast Iron Press, Melting Dome, Beef Tallow & Smash Burger Essentials The complete flat top setup, in one box. Everything in the Pro Kit — two spatulas, two presses, a melting dome, patty paper, squeeze bottles, griddle oil and seasoning — plus three bonuses the serious griddle cook wants: a GMC apron, wagyu beef tallow spray and a Grill Masters Club hat. Nothing left to go back out and buy later. This is the one to give the person who just got a Blackstone, or to buy yourself when you're done cooking on a $400 griddle with a pair of kitchen tongs. Hit the surface with wagyu tallow spray and let it shimmer. Patty paper over the beef, smash press down, and the crust builds in seconds. Work both spatulas at once — one holds and folds while the other lifts and transfers. Squirt water, drop the dome, and the cheese melts before the patty overcooks. Cast iron press flattens the bacon, Fiesta That goes over everything, and when the griddle cools, a wipe of Caron & Doucet oil protects the surface until next weekend. Everything in the Flat Top Pro Kit, plus an apron, wagyu beef tallow spray and a GMC hat Two 14" spatulas — the way griddle cooks actually work, one in each hand Two presses — a smash press for burgers, 2.2 lb of cast iron for bacon and cheesesteaks Wagyu beef tallow spray, the fat that makes a smash burger taste like a steakhouse Gift-ready out of the carton, and it ships free to US addresses What's Inside the Flat Top Ultimate Kit Griddle Tools Fox Run 14" Stainless Griddle Spatulas (Set of 2) Two of them, because one is never enough on a hot flat top.
