Flat-Top Elongated Handle Shape Mold

Intro Flat-Top Elongated Handle Shape Mold is a Shape & Mold option designed for brands that want an elongated profile with a squared-off (flat) top line. This geometry is commonly selected to support added reach and leverage while keeping a clean, stable top edge and a distinctive silhouette (project-dependent). Key Dimensions (Reference Spec) Overall Size: 16.5 × 7.5 in (418 × 190 mm) Thickness (Reference): 0.63 in (16 mm) Handle Length: 5.5 in (140 mm) Shape Overview (Flat-Top + Elongated Geometry) Elongated profile: supports extended reach and leverage for drives, counters, and baseline play (project-dependent). Flat-top head: squared top line that creates a distinct visual identity and a stable face presentation on contact (project-dependent). Long handle preference: commonly chosen for two-handed backhands and faster hand transitions (project-dependent). Player Fit and On-Court Feel (Typical Use Cases) This shape is typically used in performance-oriented programs where brands want a clear shape differentiator: Competitive players prioritizing reach, speed-ups, and leverage All-court players who want an elongated feel with a structured top line Brands building a flagship or “performance tier” SKU with recognizable geometry Paddle Configuration System — Shape & Mold Shape & Mold: Flat-Top Elongated Handle Shape Mold Construction Method Compatibility: Thermoformed One-Piece and Cold Press Cutting (project-dependent) Performance Variables (Typical Tuning): reach, leverage, maneuverability, sweet spot placement, swing feel (project-dependent) Thickness Compatibility: commonly built in 10mm / 13mm / 14mm / 16mm / 18mm (project-dependent) Mold Development Options (Open Mold vs Private Mold) We support two common tooling routes depending on your timeline and exclusivity needs: Proven Open Mold: faster sampling and lower development cost (availability varies). Private Mold Development: tailored geometry and brand-exclusive tooling for differentiated product lines (lead time and MOQ vary). Quality Control and Production Repeatability Shape performance depends on tooling precision and production control. WERiDON supports mold development and process control to help maintain: repeatable geometry across bulk runs stable dimensional tolerance in mass production consistent build integration with your selected core and construction method (project-dependent) Request a Quote / Discuss Your Shape If you want to build a paddle line around this mold, share your target market (control/power/balanced), construction method preference, and thickness plan. We can recommend a compatible build specification and sampling route for your OEM/ODM program.
