Flat Matt is an approximately 30" x 30" sheet of prefelt that can be used many different ways, from wet felting landscapes and pillows (and purses and journal covers!) to flat felting pet portraits and so much more. Flat Matt is a needle punched prefelt at about 1/4" thick, made with domestically sourced, family-run farm fiber using primarily Corriedale, Suffolk, Dorset, Cheviot, Romney, Morrit, Coopworth, and Columbia sheep. This ensures an ideal amount of coarse and fine long fibers. Flat Matt has some vegetable matter.
