Western Enterprises Flashback Arrestor - Fuel Gas, Torch Mount, 9/16"-18 Thread

Western Enterprises fuel gas flashback arrestors provide essential upstream protection for torch systems by preventing reverse gas flow and stopping dangerous flashbacks before they reach regulators and cylinders. These color-coded safety devices feature internal check valves designed to prevent accidental mixing of oxygen and fuel gases in welding and cutting operations. Built for B-size connections with 9/16"-18 threads, these torch-mounted arrestors offer reliable protection for cutting applications up to 10 inches maximum capacity. The color-coding system enhances safety protocols by providing instant visual identification of gas service type. Gas Type: Fuel Gas Connection Size: B-Size Thread Specification: 9/16" - 18 TPI Style: Torch-mounted Maximum Cutting Capacity: 10 inches Safety Features: Internal check valves, color-coded identification Protection Type: Upstream flashback prevention The internal check valve mechanism prevents reverse flow that could lead to dangerous gas mixing, while the arrestor element stops flame propagation to protect expensive equipment including hoses, regulators, and gas cylinders. Installation between the torch and fuel gas supply line provides critical safety protection required by welding safety standards. Essential safety equipment for any oxy-fuel cutting or welding setup using acetylene, propane, or other fuel gases. Compatible with standard B-size torch connections and designed to integrate seamlessly with existing gas delivery systems.
