These include stress, caffeine, alcohol, spicy foods, tight clothing, heat and cigarette smoke. Avoiding these may help minimize uncomfortable experiences. • Keep your bedroom cool at night and dress in light clothing. • Slow, abdominal breathing may help. • Keep moving. Walk, swim, dance or ride a bike. • Use a cool pillow. Recommended Use Each tablet contains 80 mg of black cohosh extract and rhizome extract, standardized to contain a minimum of 2.5 percent total triterpene glycosides, plus 200 mg dong quai root. For best results, take one tablet in the morning and one at bedtime. Most women notice benefits within four to eight weeks of regular use. User Care Pregnant or lactating women should consult their health care providers before using this product. Success Story "I have been taking Flash Ease for three weeks now. I started with 1/2 tablet at breakfast and another 1/2 tablet at bedtime. My flashes started to ease up a bit. When I began taking a full tablet twice a day, the hot flashes completely disappeared. My hot flashes were intense and pretty much constant. They'd hit me like a ton of bricks several times throughout the day. I couldn't even blow-dry my hair without a major flash. However, since I've been on the Flash Ease (full tablet), no more hot flashes! I just had to share this with you." Joanne
