Refined, nuanced, and sweet. Our flash brew is brewed in small controlled batches at our North Park, San Diego location to ensure a delicious and consistent product. Opposed to cold brew, we brew the coffee hot over ice accounting for the ice as water weight. Doing so retains much of the complexity, acidity, and nuance one would find in a hot cup of coffee, but cold! It's simply delicious.
