Flapper Coat Rack

The Umbra Flapper Coat Rack brings a taste of the natural world inside with this standing wooden coat rack, taking design cues from part cactus and part pine branch for a silhouette that feels organic yet thoroughly modern. This wooden coat rack stands tall and sleek with nine flip-down hooks, offering ample storage with the ability to tuck away when not in use, so it stays sculptural even when it isn't holding a single coat. Whether you're outfitting a narrow entryway, adding storage to a small apartment, or creating a stylish drop zone for coats, hats, and umbrellas, the Flapper Coat Rack delivers genuine utility with a distinctive tree-like presence.  This thoughtfully engineered rack is more than just a place to hang your jacket. Flapper has nine flip-down cast-aluminum hooks and a wide metal base, providing instant storage for coats, hats, scarves, umbrellas, and other items, which can be tucked away when not in use for a clean, minimalist appearance. Great for small-space living, the hooks can be pushed back into its rubberwood pole when not in use, and a coat rack with a slim design, Flapper measures 22.5 inches in diameter by 65 inches tall. Flapper ships flat and is easy to assemble, and wood is a unique natural material with variations in tone, texture, and grain, so each piece carries its own subtle character.  Umbra designs with practicality, innovation, and everyday problem-solving at its core. Designed by Alan Wisniewski, the Flapper Coat Rack reflects that same spirit of bringing thought, creativity, and original design to everyday items. Through a clever flip-down hook system and a genuinely sculptural silhouette, Umbra helps you build an entryway that feels organized, natural, and entirely your own.
