Flap Meat | Medialuna de Vacio

Flap Meat, or Vacio in Argentina, is one of the most beloved cuts in Argentine cuisine. Known for its delicious flavor and juicy tenderness, this cut is taken from around the belly of the cow. It is characterized by a layer of fat on the outside and minimal fat on the inside, making it an excellent choice for marinating and grilling. This cut is perfect for grilling, where it can develop a fantastic char and enhance its natural flavor. It is similar to skirt steak but has a finer texture. 100% Argentine Angus Beef ❄️ Product is frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed. Need help?
