This handy little scribe will mark a .75, .5, .375, & .25 flange width without measuring, just line the tool up with the edge of the sheet and draw it back and there is your flange! We made this tool with long ears so you can adjust the tool, why would you want to adjust the tool? Well we have two sheet metal brakes in the shop and the teeth "hit" differently, one brake is tight and the other is a little lazy. So the scribe that hangs on each brake is for that brake so the flange distances are correct.
