Yooperlite Sphere 8.05" | 26.24lb — UV Reactive Glow

This 8.05 inch, 26.24 pound Yooperlite Sphere is carved and polished to highlight the stone’s natural character. Yooperlite is the trade name for syenite rock containing fluorescent sodalite — a term widely used across the market, though technically it applies to specimens from Michigan's Great Lakes region. This unique stone appears an ordinary gray in daylight but glow a vivid orange-yellow under a 365nm UV light. A stunning natural phenomenon and a one-of-a-kind piece made for gifting and display.
