This product is one dormant bare-root vine. Flame Seedless grape vine details Plant form: One dormant bare-root grape vine USDA hardiness zones: 7–10 Pollination: Self-fruitful; a second grape variety is not required for fruit set Harvest: Commonly summer into late summer; timing varies by climate Pruning: Spur prune during dormancy and train on a sturdy trellis or wire system Fruit: Medium seedless berries with red skin and crisp, sweet flesh Planting and care Plant in full sun, with at least seven to eight hours of direct light, in well-drained soil. Provide permanent support and enough room for the trained canopy. Water deeply after planting and during establishment, avoiding saturated soil. Prune every dormant season to manage vigor and renew fruiting positions. Harvest and shipping notes Grapes do not ripen further after picking, so use taste rather than color alone to judge harvest. A dormant bare-root vine may arrive leafless; this is normal for the shipping form. Ripening and crop size vary with local weather, vine age, pruning, and care.
