Pre-Gelatinized - add directly to the mash with the rest of your grains. **NOTE** Addition of high percentages of flaked grains to your mash can add difficulty to lautering. Consider adding rice hulls to your mash when using to increase efficiency, lautering speed, and to avoid stuck sparges.
