BodyKore FL1811 Adjustable Hack Squat

BodyKore FL1811 Adjustable Hack Squat The BodyKore FL1811 Adjustable Hack Squat is a plate-loaded hack squat machine with a back pad angle that adjusts to modify the quad-to-glute loading ratio throughout the movement. The adjustable pad angle distinguishes this machine from fixed-angle alternatives — a more upright back position shifts emphasis to the quads, while a more reclined position increases gluteal contribution. At 606 lbs, the frame handles the heaviest plate loads without flex or rocking, and the LB Guide Rod system keeps the sled travel smooth under extreme load.
