A complete 16"x24" canning unit. Comes with the stand, burner, regulator, adjustable shelf, pan, filter rack, and cover. The stainless welded pan holds approximately 15 gallons below the filter rack. The pan has a 1/2" fitting with female threads for a valve, and a fitting for a dial thermometer. Valve and thermometer are sold separate. It does not come with any filters or the propane tank. While we try to keep this item in stock, you should call for availability.
