FKM 75 - O-Ring 2.5mm CS x 21.5mm ID

Overview: The FKM 75 O-Ring (2.4mm cross-section, 24mm internal diameter) is a high-precision sealing component designed specifically for the non-drip tip assembly of the Technopack E-FP-100-DX and E-FP-300-DX high viscosity piston fillers. It plays a crucial role in maintaining clean, accurate, and leak-free dispensing by forming a tight seal that supports the non-drip mechanism’s ability to prevent residual product from escaping after each fill cycle. Key Features: Premium FKM (Fluorocarbon Rubber) Composition: Manufactured from FKM elastomer with a 75 Shore A hardness, this O-ring offers excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, and elevated temperatures—making it ideal for viscous formulations in demanding filling environments. Compact, High-Performance Seal: With a fine 2.4mm cross-section and 24mm internal diameter, this O-ring is designed for tight spaces and precision fit within the non-drip tip, ensuring optimal sealing without impeding flow control. Temperature & Chemical Stability: Performs reliably in environments ranging from -20°C to +200°C, and resists degradation in contact with acidic, oily, and organic media—essential for food-grade, cosmetic, and industrial applications. Supports Drip-Free Operation: Maintains positive seal contact within the non-drip tip housing to eliminate post-dispense dripping, helping ensure accurate dosing, minimize product waste, and maintain hygienic fill lines. Applications: Compatible Equipment: E-FP-100-DX High Viscosity Piston Filler E-FP-300-DX High Viscosity Piston Filler Installation Location: Seated in the non-drip nozzle tip assembly, this O-ring acts as a seal between static and moving parts that control the cutoff of product flow at the end of each dispensing stroke. Recommended for Use With: Food: Syrups, dressings, creams Cosmetics: Lotions, gels, balms Industrial Products: Silicone pastes, adhesives, lubricants
