Fixed Forward Segunda Full Cheek

The Fixed Forward Segunda Full Cheek Bit features a stainless steel mouthpiece with a port that engages the tongue and palate, encouraging proper head carriage. The sharp profile directs focused pressure solely on the tongue for stronger or less responsive horses. Full cheek cheekpieces provide lateral guidance, prevent the bit from sliding, and support straightness, helping the horse maintain consistent contact. Ideal for horses that need lateral support, respond to tongue and palate pressure, and benefit from a bit that discourages tongue over the mouthpiece. Key Features of the Fixed Forward Segunda Mouthpiece : Palate Engagement : The port applies targeted pressure to the palate when the reins are engaged, encouraging proper head carriage and improved balance. Tongue Management : The mouthpiece design discourages the horse from placing its tongue over the bit, helping maintain correct tongue position. Sharp Profile : The sharper shape concentrates pressure, making this bit effective for strong or less responsive horses while still allowing clear communication. Full Cheek Design Features : Enhanced Stability : The full cheek design prevents the bit from sliding through the horse’s mouth, providing more stable lateral guidance. Direct Contact : The extended cheekpieces offer more direct cues, helping horses maintain better balance and stay on track. Encourages Responsiveness : The full cheek bit design promotes consistent, gentle guidance, making it easier for the horse to stay engaged and responsive during rides.
