You Work Directly With the Designer I listen to you. Tell me what you like about the concept, what feels wrong, and what you do not want changed. Sheraton Vector Studio stays intentionally small, so those instructions come directly to the person rebuilding the artwork. The goal is not to replace the idea you liked. It is to make that idea work better. Already have a finished logo that should stay essentially the same? Use my Logo Cleanup & Vector Redraw Service instead. From AI Concept to Professional Artwork AI can create a strong starting idea, but the image it produces may not be suitable as a finished business logo. Lettering may be distorted. Curves may be uneven. Shapes may not match from one side to the other. Small details may disappear when the logo is printed or reduced. I do not simply convert or auto-trace the AI image. I manually correct and rebuild the artwork so it works as a cleaner, more consistent professional logo. Keep the AI logo idea you like. Fix what AI got wrong. Put the finished logo to work. Real Professional Vector Work I have also completed professional logo and seal artwork for a U.S. law-firm client. That project included a custom wordmark, full-color seal, one-color deboss production version, simplified monogram, and professional vector files. The project required careful attention to lettering, line thickness, small-detail reproduction, and separate artwork for different production uses. The client was pleased with the finished work. This same attention to detail is applied when refining AI-generated logos for professional business use. Preview Before Final Approval You will receive a proof of the refined logo direction before the final files are completed. Minor revisions are included before approval. If you do not approve the proof and choose not to continue, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available after you approve the refined design or receive the final files. I’ll review: What can realistically be corrected or improved Whether your concept needs light cleanup or more extensive refinement Which package best fits the work Your price before work begins You do not have to guess which package to purchase. Have questions? Add them to the form or email me . Choose Your AI Logo Refinement Package Which Package Should I Choose? Like the overall logo and only need lighter corrections? Choose Essential Concept Refinement — $89. Need stronger improvements to lettering, balance, shapes, colors or layout? Choose Professional Logo Finalization — $149. Need the refined logo in several useful arrangements? Choose Complete Logo System — $229 base price. Not sure? Upload the logo for a free review and I’ll tell you which package fits before you order. Essential Concept Refinement — $89 Best for a simple AI-generated logo, Canva draft or sketch that already has the right overall idea but needs professional cleanup. Includes: Refinement of one chosen concept Spacing, alignment and proportion improvements Light lettering and shape corrections Manual vector rebuild Up to 3 colors may be added or refined One full-color logo version Transparent background SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG files One proof with minor revisions Signed Hand-Verified Vector Certificate Before You Choose This Package This package improves one concept you already like—it is not a new-logo design package. If the basic idea, symbol or overall direction needs to be replaced rather than refined, this is not the right service. Professional Logo Finalization — $149 Most Popular Best for most AI-generated business logos that need stronger improvements to typography, balance, shapes, colors or layout. Includes: Refinement of one chosen concept Improved typography, spacing, balance and proportions Shape and layout corrections Manual vector rebuild Full-color logo Solid black version Solid white or reverse version One-color production version SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG files RGB and CMYK versions when needed Basic color references Proof with minor revisions Signed Hand-Verified Vector Certificate Before You Choose This Package I may change parts of the AI image you originally liked. AI-generated lettering, spacing, shapes or tiny details sometimes have to be rebuilt or simplified to make the logo cleaner and more usable. I preserve the overall direction you chose, but I will not keep a problem simply because the AI generated it that way. Complete Logo System — $229 Base Price Best for an AI-generated concept that needs more extensive refinement plus additional logo arrangements for different placements, sizes or production uses. May include: Complete concept refinement Typography, spacing, proportions and layout improvements Manual vector rebuild Full-color, black, white and one-color versions Horizontal logo version Stacked logo version Icon-only version when appropriate Small-size production version Basic HEX, RGB and CMYK color references Organized print and digital folders SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG and JPG files Proof with minor revisions Signed Hand-Verified Vector Certificate Before You Choose This Package You are paying for additional logo arrangements, not additional unrelated logo concepts. The horizontal, stacked, icon and production versions are built from the same refined identity. If you want several completely different logo ideas to choose from, this is not the right package. Final pricing depends on the design details, required corrections and number of logo versions requested. What Can Be Improved in an AI Logo? Depending on your artwork and package, refinement may include: Rebuilding distorted or inconsistent AI lettering Improving unsuitable typography Correcting letter spacing and alignment Balancing the symbol and business name Improving proportions and symmetry Smoothing uneven curves and shapes Correcting inconsistent line thickness Refining colors Repairing awkward overlaps or connections Removing unnecessary details Simplifying details that will not reproduce clearly Creating cleaner versions for different placements or sizes The goal is to strengthen the concept you chose — not replace it with a completely unrelated logo. Prepared for Real-World Use Your finished logo may be prepared for: Business cards and stationery Shirts, hats, bags and uniforms Signs and banners Labels and packaging Decals and vinyl Promotional products Laser engraving Websites and social media Professional embroidery digitizing When appropriate, a one-color or simplified production version can also be created for uses where gradients, shading or very small details will not reproduce clearly. Embroidery files such as DST or PES are not included. Clean vector artwork can be supplied to your embroidery professional for digitizing. Your Final Files Depending on your package, your final files may include: SVG scalable vector file EPS professional vector file Print-ready PDF Transparent PNG High-resolution JPG RGB and CMYK versions Full-color logo Solid black logo Solid white or reverse logo One-color production version Horizontal, stacked or icon arrangements when included Basic HEX, RGB and CMYK color references Organized files for print and digital use Signed Hand-Verified Vector Certificate Adobe Illustrator .AI files are not included. Editable SVG, EPS and PDF vector formats are provided instead. How It Works Tell me what you want to keep, what feels wrong, and where you plan to use the finished logo. Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days after all project details are confirmed. Detailed projects may require additional time. Manual Work You Can Verify Every finished logo is manually rebuilt using professional vector design software. No auto-trace is used. Your final package includes a signed Hand-Verified Vector Certificate confirming that the artwork was manually recreated, inspected, and checked for clean vector quality. What This Service Does Not Include This service provides professional logo refinement and digital artwork files. Embroidery digitizing, physical printing and manufacturing are not included in the refinement package. Frequently Asked Questions Can you fix a logo I created with ChatGPT, DALL-E Gemini, or Midjourney? Yes. I can manually recreate and refine AI-generated artwork while correcting distorted lettering, awkward shapes, uneven spacing, poor proportions, and other problems in the original image. Do you use auto-trace on AI logos? No. The finished artwork is manually rebuilt and checked as vector artwork rather than simply running the original AI image through automatic tracing software. Can you fix strange or incorrect AI-generated lettering? Yes. AI-generated lettering often needs to be rebuilt rather than sharpened. Letter shapes, spacing, alignment and proportions can be corrected while preserving the overall logo direction. Can my AI logo be prepared for professional production? Yes. Depending on the artwork and package, clean vector files and one-color or simplified production versions can be created when needed. For specialty manufacturing processes, final production requirements should also be confirmed with the manufacturer producing the item. What is the difference between AI Logo Refinement and regular Logo Cleanup? AI Logo Refinement is for an AI-generated logo, Canva draft or sketch that still needs improvements to lettering, shapes, colors, spacing, proportions or layout. Logo Cleanup & Vector Redraw is for an established finished logo that should stay essentially the same but needs to be recreated as clean professional vector artwork. If your finished logo only needs cleanup or vector conversion, use my Logo Cleanup & Vector Redraw Service . Do you create a completely new logo from scratch? No. This service begins with one logo concept or direction you have already chosen. A completely unrelated new logo direction requires a separate quote. Ready to Professionally Finish Your AI Logo? Upload your ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, Canva or other AI-generated logo for a free review before ordering. Include the correct wording, what you want to keep, what you would like improved, your preferred colors and where the finished logo will be used. I’ll review the artwork and confirm what can be improved, the right package and your price before work begins.
