Fissidens Fontanus

This is one of our favorite aquatic moss plants! Known for its delicate and feathery foliage, Fissidens Fontanus adds an elegant and soft touch to a planted aquarium tank. Versatile like aquatic mosses, Fissidens Fontanus can be used to cover unnatural cuts in an aquascape layout or as an added embellishment to aquarium driftwood. This aquatic plant is newer to the hobby and is highly sought after by enthusiasts for its appealing looks. Just like other mosses, Fissidens Fontanus has similar care requirements to more common aquatic moss species and will adapt to a large range of aquarium tank water conditions and parameters. Optimal conditions include CO2 injection, low to medium aquarium tank lighting and clean water will allow Fissidens Fontanus to flourish. This aquatic plant can be simply attached to aquascaping rocks or aquarium driftwood for a beautiful pop in any planted aquarium tank.  Approximate size per portion is golfball.
