Large Fish Plate

Fish-shaped ceramic "sushi" plate with hand-painted fantasy fish. I create each piece by hand from slabs of clay, so each dish is unique. I painted the design with underglaze, then coated it with clear gloss glaze before firing it in the kiln. The clay is a white stoneware. The bottom of the plate is glazed, with a foot rim.   This is an original piece of art that is durable, decorative, and functional! High fired to cone 5, it is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Glazes are lead-free. Approximate dimensions: 6.75 inches wide by 10.5 inches long Banana not included. Actual product color may vary from the images shown. I do my best to accurately represent the colors of each piece, but every screen is slightly different, and individuals may see these colors differently. I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have prior to ordering. COPYRIGHT INFO All Copyright of art displayed belongs to Sheila Rayyan.
