White Fish Charm (Medium) - Waterproof

Some charms are serious. This one is not and that is entirely the point. The fish has meant something in almost every culture that has ever existed near water, which is most of them. Abundance, luck, freedom, going with the flow, the kind of effortless movement through life that looks easy from the outside even when it is not. It is also just a really charming little shape that makes people smile when they see it, which is a completely valid reason to wear something. This one is slim and elongated, a simple fish silhouette in a soft pearlescent white with a subtle marbled quality to the surface that gives it an organic, almost shell-like appearance. A tiny black dot of an eye sits near the top and a small split tail fin at the base completes the shape. The gold bail is the only metal detail, keeping the whole piece feeling clean and unfussy. It hangs vertically on a chain and moves beautifully. This charm is also available in pale pink and light blue. Medium size Gold-finish stainless steel with PVD coating Pearlescent white enamel fish silhouette with split tail and dot eye detail Charm only, no chain included (pairs beautifully with any of our chains in the charm bar) A note on "waterproof" jewelry from me, your jewelry designer: You have probably seen brands throw around the word "waterproof" and wondered if it is actually true. As someone who has worked in jewelry for years, I do not think any jewelry is truly 100% waterproof. What I can tell you is that stainless steel with PVD coating is as close as it gets. It is the material people are talking about when they say waterproof jewelry. Shower in it, sweat in it, live your life in it. It is made to keep up with you.
