TuffGuard basketball backboard padding keeps your players safe and coordinates with your court. The First Team 72″ backboard padding is available in 16 school colors, and every set of padding comes with mounting hardware so you won’t have to search for the right parts during installation. This bolt-on basketball backboard padding is made from molded urethane and features steel inserts. Each pad covers the lower portion of a standard 72-inch-wide basketball backboard and is far superior to glue-on padding because it stays in place, even during the most competitive gameplay. With molded-in goal relief that makes room for the rim and its mechanisms, it’s ideal for competition play.
