Reach for the stars with this sweet astronaut crib quilt pattern, designed for your favorite little explorer. This confident beginner quilt pattern finishes at 40" x 50" and uses traditional piecing to create a cheerful astronaut standing proudly on the moon with a bright flag in hand. Detailed step-by-step instructions, full-color diagrams, cutting charts, and piece-labeling tags help keep the sewing process organized from start to finish. Fabric requirements include scraps for the eyes, mouth, face, boots, mittens, flag, and flag post, plus fabric for the suit, moon, background, backing, and binding. Add the optional mouth detail with fusible interfacing and stabilizer for an extra-sweet expression that brings this little space traveler to life.
