First Light, First Steps

This photograph captures the delicate wonder of a foal just beginning its journey on the wild dunes of Sable Island. The morning light falls softly on its young frame, while the blurred grasses behind create a dreamy backdrop that emphasizes both innocence and resilience. The foal’s curious glance speaks to the raw spirit of the island—untamed, yet full of promise. As artwork, this piece radiates warmth and vitality, bringing a touch of wilderness into any living space. Its natural tones pair beautifully with neutral or coastal décor, while its energy makes it ideal for a central wall in a living room, a welcoming entryway, or even a calming bedroom setting. It serves as a daily reminder of new beginnings and the quiet strength found in nature.
