It can organize bandages, gauze, medication, gloves, ointments, etc. It also includes a 'First Aid' Label clearly marked for easy identification during emergency situations. Because these inserts are designed for a Packout box with a clear lid, they will magnify sunlight and super heat the plastic inserts, potentially causing them to warp.
