Available Size4 travel-size products with cosmetic bag Professional RecommendationChoose this set when the concern is the look of firmness and fine lines rather than oil or congestion, and when you would rather test a whole line than commit to four full sizes. The Firm Skin Acai formulas are built around antioxidants and richer textures, which makes the set a sensible trial for skin that has started to feel drier and look less taut, and an easy carry-on kit if you already use the line at home. The cosmetic bag makes it work as a gift too. Give it a few weeks before judging it. Use the cleanser and moisturizer daily from the start, add the booster-serum once skin has settled, and keep the masque to once or twice a week following the directions on each label. Richer textures can feel heavy at first if you are used to gel products — that usually eases, but if skin feels congested after two weeks, drop the moisturizer to evenings only. Daytime SPF is the step that does the most for the look of fine lines over time, so keep it in the routine regardless. Compared with the other Eminence starter sets, this one sits between the Clear Skin Starter Set for oily, congested-looking skin and the Age Corrective Starter Set, which is the more intensive option in the same territory. A salon facial or an online skincare consultation is the quickest way to work out which of the two suits you. Safety InformationFor external use only. Each item in the set carries its own directions on the label — read them before you start, since the cleanser and masque have different application methods from the leave-on steps. Keep all four away from the immediate eye area and rinse with water on contact. Patch test on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours if any ingredient is new to you. Stop using any item that leaves lasting redness, stinging or itching, and store the set closed, away from direct heat and sunlight, and out of reach of children. Not recommended for: Broken, freshly waxed or otherwise compromised skin, or skin that feels sore after time in the sun. Anyone with a known sensitivity to acai, berry extracts or any other ingredient listed on the labels. Use around the eyes or on the lips — use products made for those zones instead. Skin that is currently very oily and congested-looking, which suits a clarifying line better. Layering the masque on the same day as a professional peel, unless your esthetician has advised otherwise. Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat order do I use the four products in? Cleanser, then masque on masque days only, then booster-serum, then moisturizer. Rinse-off steps first, lightest leave-on texture before the richest. How often should I use the masque? Once or twice a week is the usual rhythm for a set like this. Start at once a week and only increase if skin stays comfortable. Is this set only for mature skin? It is described for all skin types, with mature skin as the main audience. If your concern is dehydration and a loss of the look of firmness rather than age as such, it still applies. How long will the travel sizes last? That depends on how much you apply and how often, so treat it as a trial rather than a fixed number of weeks. When one step runs out first, replace that one in full size and keep using the rest. Can I keep using my own serum alongside it? You can, but not in the first two weeks — the point of a starter set is finding out what these four formulas do on their own. Once you have a baseline, add your serum back and see whether it still earns its place. Pairs Well With Hawthorn Tonique: the toner step the set does not include. Bamboo Firming Fluid: a lightweight next step for the look of firmness once the travel serum runs out. Neroli Age Corrective Eye Serum: covers the eye area the set leaves out. Monoi Age Corrective Night Cream for Face & Neck: a richer overnight option for face and neck. Explore the full Eminence collection.
