Fireside Timber Retreat

Fireside Timber Retreat Wrap your space in the warmth of a modern lodge. Fireside Timber Retreat brings the character of hand-hewn timber to your walls—without the permanence. This removable wallpaper delivers a cozy, wood-inspired look that’s easy to install, easy to live with, and easy to remove when it’s time for a change. Key Features Removable and renter-friendly: Updates your space without damage to properly prepared walls. Eco-conscious print: PVC-free material printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks. Matte, low-sheen finish: Minimizes glare and enhances the natural woodgrain effect. Seamless look: Panels line up for a smooth, continuous pattern across your wall. Flexible sizing: Each roll is 24 inches wide and available in heights up to 120 inches. Sizing and Coverage Each roll is 24 inches wide. Choose a height that matches your wall (up to 120 inches). To estimate quantity, measure your total wall width and divide by 24 inches; add 10% for trimming and pattern alignment. Installation Guidance Prepare the wall: Ensure the surface is smooth, clean, dry, and fully cured (fresh paint should cure for at least 30 days). Avoid heavy textures and high-moisture areas. Plan your layout: Mark a plumb (vertical) line to keep the first panel straight; work left to right. Apply the first panel: Starting at the top, align the panel with your plumb line. Smooth downward, pushing out air with a wallpaper smoother or soft cloth. Match the pattern: Install subsequent panels edge-to-edge, gently adjusting to align the design before fully smoothing. Trim and finish: Use a sharp utility knife to trim at the ceiling, baseboard, and around outlets. Replace blades frequently for clean cuts. Removal: Slowly peel from a top corner at a low angle. Warm the surface slightly if needed to ease release. Care Instructions Dust regularly with a dry, soft cloth. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasives and strong cleaners. Avoid direct water exposure and steam-heavy areas. Test a small, inconspicuous area before broader cleaning. Good to Know Best on smooth, properly primed or painted walls; not recommended for heavily textured surfaces. Color may vary by screen; order a little extra to account for trimming and future touch-ups. For best results, install with two people and take time to align the pattern carefully.
