'Firefly Sunshine' Yarrow (Achillea)

(Yarrow) Drought tolerant, heat loving perennial that will add a spark of color to your summer garden. Achillea 'Firefly Sunshine' stands 28-30 inches tall and spreads up to 28 inches wide. Although taller than some of the other Yarrow on the market, 'Firefly Sunshine' boasts a sturdy, upright habit. Blooming mid to early summer the bright yellow blooms contrast beautifully with the silvery green foliage. When finished blooming we recommend a light trim to encourage additional blooms. 'Firefly Sunshine' Yarrow likes to be planted in full sun locations with average to low water needs. Yarrow is a deer and rabbit resistant perennial, yet brings all the beauty of butterflies and pollinating bees to the garden. Yarrow make a great cut or dried flower for indoor enjoyment. Plant in mass, in containers or as a border for wonderful summer color. Easy to grow, 'Firefly Sunshine' Achillea would love to brighten up your summer garden.
