Each Firefly device delivers 30 hours of recovery treatment (suggested recovery time of 1-4 hours based on training intensity). Most users prefer to use Firefly with knee straps. The knee straps help to keep firefly in the optimal position for maximum benefit. How Does Firefly Work? Firefly uses small electrical pulses to stimulate the peroneal nerve (a nerve in your leg). This increases full-body blood flow. That means more fresh blood and oxygen to reduce lactic acid and soreness, eliminate toxins, and keep muscles flexible. Faster full-body recovery Unlike traditional workout recovery devices, firefly is easy to use and completely portable. Use it during travel or on-the-go. Portable and easy to use No wires or bulky equipment to hold you back, firefly can be used during travel and fits into your regular activities and doesn't tie you down. Perform at your best Olympians, professional athletes, and collegiate teams trust firefly to recover faster and get that competitive edge.
