Firefly 48" x 32" Rectangle Fire Pit

48" x 32" Rectangle Fire Pit — Customizable, Ready to Finish, Built for Entertaining A rectangle fire pit lets you sit the way a dinner table does. Benches along the sides, the fire running the length between them. Everybody's part of the conversation without crowding around a point. Forty-eight by thirty-two is the entertaining size. Big enough for a real gathering, small enough to fit a defined patio. The linear flame works with modern yards the way round pits work with open land. What You Get The frame, ready to finish. Aluminum, welded and ready. Your job: level it, finish it however you want, hook up gas. Not a kit of a hundred pieces. One solid frame. Stainless steel burner, installed. Professional-grade. Ignition that works. Heat that's real. You can actually feel the warmth from a seat. Customizable finish. Stucco. Tile. Stone. Brick. Concrete. Wood cladding. Whatever matches your patio. The burner is ready. The look is yours. Linear flame design. Rectangle means the fire runs the length. Better light, better heat distribution, better sightlines along the sides. People can see each other while watching the fire. What Takes Real Work Freight is a separate cost. Delivery is not free and it is not included in the price. Checkout does not collect it only because we do not know your address until you order, and a crate this size gets priced address by address. We quote the real freight for where you live, send it as its own invoice, and it is paid before your fire pit leaves the factory. Level ground is everything. Sloped or soft ground and the burner won't work right, doors won't close, you have a problem. Concrete, pavers, or a proper foundation. Get it level. Finishing is on you. Stucco is quick. Tile or stone takes longer and costs more. The frame is ready. Picking your finish and getting it done is the work. Gas connection should be professional. If you're not confident, hire someone. Getting the pressure and connection right is not a DIY moment. Our orders have averaged 2 to 3 months from order to shipped. That's an average, not a promise — the factory's backlog changes month to month. Call or text and we'll give you today's real number instead of the easier one. Long enough to plan your patio layout, pick your finish, and get materials on hand. Buyer Questions We Hear Can I use this without finishing it (just leave the frame?) — Technically yes, but the frame will oxidize over time. Finishing protects it and makes it look intentional. We recommend finishing it. How much will the finish cost? — Depends on what you pick. Stucco over the frame runs $300–$600 for materials if you DIY. Tile or stone $800–$2,000+ depending on design and who installs it. Budget separately for this. Is this better than a 36" square or 48" round? — Different purposes. 36" square is more compact. 48" round is classic. 48×32 rectangle is best for defined patio spaces and entertaining groups. Pick based on your yard and what you want to look at. Can I move it if I change my mind about placement? — Possible but heavy and awkward. It's meant to be permanent once finished and leveled. Don't plan to reposition seasonally. What do I do about drainage? — The burner sits inside the frame, and you need a slight slope or drain holes if water pools. Check your site prep before ordering. Sitting water is a problem. Does this take up less space than a round? — The footprint is actually similar (48" × 32" = 1,536 sq inches; 48" diameter round = 1,809 sq inches). But rectangles fit corners and patio lines better, so perceived space is different. See specs and measure your patio. Can I use this in a small apartment patio? — Yes, if you have a 20×15 foot clear space. It's not for tiny balconies. Medium patio minimum. Make sure you have room around it for people and furniture. What if I want a grill instead of just fire? — This is a fire pit. If you want to grill, add a grill grate or burner pan separately. Different product category. ]]>
