Innovative Smokeless Fire Ring Insert with 3-inch Lip

Smokeless Fire Pit Size Options (in two-inch increments): Heights: Choose from 12 to 18 inches to suit your fire pit depth. Diameters: Available from 24 to 60 inches in diameter to fit a variety of fire pit sizes. Note: All Innovative smokeless fire rings will have 1/2 holes around the bottom. Pictures have not been updated to represent that. Pro tip: You will want an air gap of 1/2 to 1 inch between your brick fire pit and the metal insert. The height should be selected so the lip will sit flush at the top of your blocks or just underneath the cap and flush to the ground. Key Features: Smokeless Design: Our bolt-together construction promotes better airflow, reduces smoke, and provides a more enjoyable fire experience. Our 3-inch lip at the top makes it easy to create a seal, which can be hidden under a cap. It also allows for the air gap needed between the metal ring and the bricks. Keep in mind that to control smoke in smokeless fire rings, the fire needs to heat the metal, directing the smoke upward and away. Durable Construction: Made from heavy-duty 16ga steel steel for long-lasting performance, even in harsh outdoor conditions. Protecting your bricks from open flames. Easy Installation: Use the included bolts to assemble the panels and place the insert inside your existing brick or paver fire pit for an instant upgrade. Here is our fire ring assembly video. Versatile Fit: Works seamlessly with round fire pits, enhancing heat efficiency while minimizing smoke output. Remember you want a 1/2-inch to 1-inch gap between the bricks and the walls of the metal ring. Minimal Maintenance: Enjoy hassle-free fires with less ash buildup and easy cleanup. How It Works: The metal insert with the needed air gap creates a double-wall system. This system allows air to flow between the walls, heating and reigniting smoke particles before they escape, resulting in a more complete burn with significantly less smoke. So, if you order a 24-inch kit, the overall dimensions will be 30 inches from lip edge to lip edge. Select an insert slightly smaller than your fire pit’s inner diameter for best results. A 1/2-inch to 1-inch gap is needed for proper airflow and easy placement. For example, a 36-inch fire pit pairs well with a 34-inch insert. Why Choose Our Smokeless Fire Ring Insert?
