Fire Rated Shiplap

Ideal application for commercial projects that require Class 1 / Class A flame spread rating.  We use a high quality Fire Rated MDF for these panels.  We buy our MDF from a US based mill and we fabricate our shiplap panels in our Wolcott, CT millwork shop. Each shiplap panel has a finish width of 7″.  You can purchase 80″ and 94″ lengths.  For Ceiling projects you can special order lengths up to 108″. One side of the panel is shiplap and the opposite side is v groove. They have a finish width of 7″so when stacked together the slots and v-grooves will be 7″ on center. The panels use a tongue & groove (T&G) joint which is awesome because you nail in the tongue and then next panel will hide the nail heads!
