Fire Magic Electric EL500 31" Electric Grill with Dual Touchscreen Control & Digital Timer, Patio Post Mount

The Electric Grill Built for Serious Cooks The Fire Magic EL500 brings the craftsmanship and performance of a premium outdoor grill to spaces where gas and charcoal aren't an option. Running on 240V power, it reaches temperatures up to 700°F—hot enough to sear, roast, and cook everything you'd expect from a high-end grill, without a propane tank or gas line in sight. Built Like a Fire Magic The EL500 is built from 304 stainless steel with welded seams, a double-walled hood for superior heat retention, and heavy cooking grates—the same level of construction you'd find on Fire Magic's top gas grills. The double-walled lid locks in heat more effectively than standard grills, which matters especially at high sear temperatures. This is not entry-level electric equipment. Available as a freestanding unit on a pedestal or as a built-in for outdoor kitchen installations. Performance Specs Cooking Surface: 480 square inches primary Power: 240V Max Temperature: Approximately 700°F Burners: 2 independent heating zones Controls: Digital control panel with Set and Up buttons; 4-second hold to power on Probes: Built-in temperature probes Timer: Integrated timer Connectivity: Compatible with the RHP Connect Bluetooth app Lighting: Interior halogen lighting Display: On-grill digital temperature display Two-Zone Cooking Two independent burners let you run different temperatures on each side of the grill at the same time. Sear a steak on high heat on one side while roasting vegetables at a lower temperature on the other. This is the same approach you'd take on a two-burner gas grill—the EL500 just gives you more precise, consistent control over each zone. Consistent Heat, No Flare-Ups Electric heating elements produce even, steady heat across the entire cooking surface. There are no hot spots to chase, no flare-ups from dripping fat, and no wind affecting your temperature. Once you set a temperature, the grill holds it. That consistency makes it easier to cook proteins to a specific internal temperature and get repeatable results every time. Yes, You Still Get Real Grill Flavor The EL500 gets hot enough to trigger the Maillard reaction—the same browning process responsible for the crust and flavor on a properly seared steak. At 700°F, you're not just cooking meat through, you're developing the same surface flavor you'd get from a gas grill. Where This Grill Makes the Most Sense The EL500 is a strong choice for: Condos and apartments with outdoor space but no gas hookup Covered decks and rooftop patios where open-flame grills aren't permitted HOA-restricted properties that prohibit gas or charcoal Outdoor kitchens where running a gas line isn't practical or preferred Grillers who want a high-end secondary cooker alongside an existing gas setup No Fuel Management Required Plug in, preheat, cook. There are no propane tanks to swap, no natural gas lines to run, and no risk of running out of fuel mid-cook. For homeowners who want a low-maintenance outdoor cooking setup, the EL500 removes most of the friction associated with traditional grilling.
