Fire Cider

We sell our own recipe of this classic year-round, as well as seasonal varieties while they last. Once the seasonal is gone, it's out of stock for the year! Currently, we have our original recipe in stock and Winter is available until it is gone. We are taking pre-orders for the Spring formula now, and it will be shipped March 25. Fire Cider is an old-timey remedy and tonic that was named by Rosemary Gladstar in one of her books decades ago and is a much older formula than that (ask your great-grandma what she used to keep her family well in the winter and it is likely similar to this recipe). Fire Cider's recipe varies from herbalist to herbalist, but ours contains herbs documented for antimicrobial properties, immune boosting, and circulatory enhancement. This combined effect makes a great "dark times" tonic that helps with cold hands and feet, fighting illness, and keeping well. (A tablespoon/shot for adults, a teaspoon for kids). Our Fire Cider comes in 8 oz. bottles- great as a daily tonic. Fire Cider is perfect for the dark times of the year.
