Quick Facts: ABV: 0% (Non-Alcoholic)  |  Origin: USA (California & Oregon raspberries)  |  Type: Fruit Puree Cocktail Mixer  |  Brand: Finest Call Production & Heritage Finest Call sources its raspberries from two distinguished growing regions — Oregon's Willamette Valley and Scotland's Glen Glova — both recognized for producing berries with concentrated flavor and balanced acidity. Pure raspberry juice is added to the pureed fruit, amplifying the natural berry character and yielding what the brand describes as an authentic raspberry experience in every pour. The 1L bottle features Finest Call's patented dispensing closure, a bartender-designed cap engineered for precise, high-speed pours in demanding bar environments. Tasting Notes Aroma: Fresh, ripe raspberries lead immediately, followed by a subtle jammy sweetness. The scent is clean and fruit-forward without any artificial or overly sugary quality. Taste: The palate opens with bright, sweet raspberry flavor that quickly transitions to a natural tartness typical of fresh-picked fruit. Mid-palate intensity is high — this is a concentrated puree, not a diluted syrup — with a rich, full-bodied berry character throughout. Finish: A lingering sweet-tart balance keeps the raspberry flavor present without cloying sweetness. The finish is clean, making it blend seamlessly into cocktails without leaving a sticky or artificial aftertaste. How to Drink Finest Call Raspberry Puree This puree is designed as a cocktail ingredient rather than a standalone beverage; a small pour goes a long way due to its concentrated fruit intensity. A Raspberry Margarita benefits from the puree's natural tartness, which complements tequila and lime without overwhelming them. A Clover Club — the classic gin-and-raspberry cocktail — gains authentic berry depth that grenadine or syrups cannot replicate. A Raspberry Bellini showcases the puree's radiant red color and pairs its sweet-tart profile beautifully with dry sparkling wine.
