Fine Mesh Strainer 3.5" | Deep Cone Double Cocktail Strainer

The Last Line of Defense. An essential tool for double straining your cocktail — the fine mesh conical strainer is what stands between your drink and any renegade stems, seeds, ice chips, citrus pulp, or muddled herb fragments that escape your Hawthorne or julep strainer. Pour through this after your primary strainer for a perfectly smooth, crystal-clear result every time. Also known as a conical strainer or tea strainer. Why the Deep Cone Matters Deep Cone Design: Ours have a notably deep cone compared to shallow alternatives — you can pour more than one drink at a time through these without fear of overflow. Ideal for batch cocktails or back-to-back service. 3.5" Diameter: Sized to sit comfortably over standard cocktail glasses, coupes, and rocks glasses without tipping. Fine Mesh Construction: Catches particles that a Hawthorne strainer misses — citrus pulp, herb fragments, tiny ice shards, and anything else that would cloud or texture your drink. Long Handle + Loop Hook: Extended handle for control during the pour; loop hook for hanging storage on your bar rail or tool rack. 6 Finishes Available: Silver, Copper, Gold, Antique Brass, Gunmetal Black, and Rainbow Chrome — coordinate with the rest of your Bull In China bar tool lineup. How to Use It Hold the strainer over your glass with one hand while you pour from your shaker or mixing glass through your primary Hawthorne strainer with the other. The fine mesh catches everything the Hawthorne lets through. This is the double-straining technique used by professional bartenders for silky smooth daiquiris, martinis, sours, and any cocktail where texture and clarity matter. Six Finishes. All Coated Stainless Steel. Every finish is stainless steel with a colored coating — Silver is the base stainless (no coating), while Copper, Gold, Antique Brass, Gunmetal Black, and Rainbow Chrome are PVD or electroplated coatings over stainless. Hand wash all coated finishes to preserve the coating. Silver is dishwasher safe. Silver: Brushed stainless steel — no coating. Dishwasher safe. Copper: Rose copper PVD coating over stainless.
