Finding Calm in the Storm

A 3-Hour Live Online Workshop with Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein Saturday, December 13, 2025 11 am – 2 pm ET | 8 am - 11 am PT  Can't attend live? Enrollment includes lifetime access to the full recording and materials. Life today can feel like too much—too many pressures, too many uncertainties, too many moments when the world asks more than we feel able to give. Our bodies and minds are constantly absorbing this stress, often without our awareness. Over time, our nervous systems begin to live in survival mode—stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or shutdown. If you’ve ever felt reactive, anxious, or depleted, no matter how hard you try to stay balanced, you’re not alone. These are natural, biological responses—not personal failings.  The good news is that with understanding, expert guidance, and the right tools, you can shift these patterns. In this 3-hour live workshop, clinical psychologist and trauma expert Dr. Jeffrey Rutstein will guide you through practical, science-based methods to help calm and regulate your nervous system, so you can meet life’s challenges with steadiness and resilience. Through guided practices, experiential exercises, and Jeffrey's compassionate support, you’ll learn how to work with your body—rather than against it—to find calm in moments of chaos, clarity in times of confusion, and strength in the face of stress. Join us to discover how to: Recognize the signs of nervous system dysregulation and how they impact your thoughts, emotions, and relationships Use simple grounding and somatic tools to restore calm and presence during stressful moments Transform unconscious reactivity into intentional, effective responses Create internal safety and stability, even when the external world feels uncertain Build lasting resilience that supports you in every area of life Dr. Rutstein’s teaching blends decades of clinical experience, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based practices to create a learning environment that is both grounded and deeply supportive. You’ll come away not only with tools you can use right away, but also with a lived sense of what regulation, calm, and connection actually feel like in your body. Join us for this live online event and experience what it means to feel truly at home in yourself—steady, resilient, and ready to meet life as it comes.
