Filtrair™ Series AFR-1 Polyester Ceiling Diffusion Media Intake Filter Panels – (Case quantity varies)

The Filtrair™ Series AFR-1 media is designed to provide the highest possible level of performance in all crossdraft and select downdraft paint spray booths requiring a flat panel configuration.  AFR-1 panels are constructed of 100% polyester media impregnated with a non-migrating tackifier.  The 3-ply design with scrim backing results in more than 95% filtration efficiency on particles 7-10 microns and greater.  This sturdy combination results in a filter that eliminates fiber migration or filter media oscillation during operation.  It is rated UL900, Class 1, and is temperature resistant up to 212°F with peaks to 250°F.   This item does not qualify for free shipping.   Specifications: 100% Polyester filter media impregnated with a non-migrating tackifier - Air enters white polyester side and air exits the side with the scrim backing (Air Flow Technology - AFR-1 branding) Panels come in 20” x 20” (20 per case), 20” x 25” (24 per case) sizes, 24” x 24” (24 per case), 20” x 46” Bi-Fold (10 per case), 20” x 48” Bi-Fold (10 per case) or 20” x 50” Bi-Fold (10 per case) 95% + filtration efficiency on particles 7-10 microns and greater Used primarily as a ceiling intake filter but can also be used on a filtered door or wall for intake air Heat-sealed to a 9 gauge internal support frame Eliminates fiber migration or filter media oscillation 100 fpm rated air flow 0.16 “w.g. initial resistance Rated UL 900, Class 1 Temperature resistant up to 212° F with peaks to 250° F   Additional Information: SERIES AFR-1 CROSSDRAFT & DOWNDRAFT INTAKE PANEL The Series AFR-1 panel is Air Flow Technology’s scrim backed high quality solution for crossdraft and downdraft intake applications.  It is constructed of 100% polyester media impregnated with a non-migrating tackifier.  The 3 ply media with scrim is heat sealed to a 9 gauge internal support frame. This sturdy combination results in a filter that eliminates fiber migration or filter media oscillation during operation.   Multi-Layer Design - Series AFR-1 panels and links consist of 2 distinct layers of media combined with a non-migrating tackifier plus a scrim backing that results in more than 95% filtration efficiency on particles 7-10 microns or greater. Leak-proof Seal - When installed, the media compresses to form a perimeter seal preventing the introduction of paint damaging particulate to the spray booth area. Sturdy Dual Wire Construction - Air Flow Technology’s internal support frame minimizes filter media vibration and reduces the risk of particle migration downstream.    Available Styles and Sizes  Air Flow Technology’s Series AFR-1 Intake panels and bifolds are offered in a complete range of standard sizes in various carton quantities.  The Series AFR-1 is also available in standard or custom size blankets.   PERFORMANCE DATA Air Flow Technology provides independent test data on particle size efficiency and initial resistance to rated air flow on all of its paint spray booth filtration products. This information is provided to assist you in the proper selection of a filter system for your particular application. Whether your requirement is low static pressure (resistance) or high performance, you can depend on the independent data provided to guide your selection process to the proper Air Flow Technology product.   *Filter tested per ASHRAE 52.2, Test Aerosol KCl, Neutralized.  This test data is based upon clean filter performance.  All filters increase in efficiency with dust loading.
