Fika Coffee

Seasonal. Small Batch. Rightly Roasted (in Homer Alaska).   Solstice Blend – A Celebration of Light and Flavor Crafted to honor Alaska’s love for the solstice, this light-to-medium roast blend brings together the best of both worlds—washed and naturally processed coffees—creating a cup as dynamic as the changing seasons. Drawing from Ethiopia’s heirloom varieties, Honduras’ biodynamic farms, and Uganda’s bold high-altitude beans, this blend is bright, complex, and deeply satisfying. With tasting notes of English toffee , Fuji apple , and Cocoa Butter, it’s a harmonious balance of richness, sweetness, and silky texture. Versatile and excellent for any brewing method, the Solstice Blend shines whether you brew it as a crisp pour-over, a bold French press, or a smooth espresso. Just like the midnight sun, this coffee is meant to be savored, celebrated, and shared. Wherever you are, take a moment to Slow Down, Drink Coffee, and enjoy the magic of Solstice with Fika. *New blends will be released as the seasons change! *   About the Roasters: Fika Coffee Roasters is more than just coffee, it is a philosophy, a way of life.
