Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Taste a hint of Italy in this California-inspired Fig Balsamic Vinegar! Our locally made balsamic vinegar is mixed with figs picked during their peak season to ensure the ripest flavor.  Our Fig Balsamic Vinegar boasts a combination of mild sweetness and tartness, with notes of ripe fig, apples, caramel, and a hint of plum. Combine it with our savory Basil Olive Oil or Garlic Olive Oil to balance the fruitiness. It is the perfect complement to your dessert and salad, adding a layer of zest and surprise. We also recommend that you drizzle it over your barbeque and vegetables after grilling them. Our Fig Balsamic Vinegar is sure to be the talk of your party.
